These Terms of Service govern your use of grantya.com and the Grantya grant-research service, operated by LAW Ventures. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Grantya on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

You agree to use Grantya only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information about your business. You may not misuse the service — including attempting to access other customers' data, scraping or reselling our corpus without authorization, overloading or interfering with the platform, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or third-party right. We may set reasonable usage limits by plan.

Grantya — including its software, design, and the compiled grant corpus — is owned by LAW Ventures and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business. Underlying grant and program information is sourced from public and third-party records and remains the property of its respective owners. You retain ownership of the business information you submit and grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service.

Grantya is a research and information tool. We do not guarantee that any grant is available, that you will qualify for or be awarded any funding, or that program details are complete, current, or error-free. Grantya does not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice, and our results are not a substitute for professional advice or for confirming eligibility directly with the funding body. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grantya and LAW Ventures are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any funding decision made in reliance on the service. The service is provided “as is.”

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

You may stop using Grantya and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. We may also discontinue features with reasonable notice.
