Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Grantya (“Grantya,” “we,” or “us”), a service of LAW Ventures, collects when you use grantya.com and our grant-research tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.

We collect: (1) account information when you sign in with Google — your name, email address, and profile image; (2) information you provide directly, such as the business details, locations, and funding goals you enter when you book a consultation or run a research query; (3) service activity, including the research questions you ask and the grants you save, so we can deliver and improve your results; and (4) basic technical data needed to operate the site securely. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics, and we do not sell your personal information.

We use your information to provide grant-research results, match you to relevant funding programs, respond to consultation requests, maintain and secure the service, and communicate with you about your account. Research queries may be processed by third-party AI providers solely to generate your results; we instruct those providers not to train their models on your data. We do not use your information for advertising.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate Grantya, sharing only what each needs to do its job: Google for sign-in; Anthropic and Voyage AI to process research queries and generate results (instructed not to train on your data); Resend for transactional email; Vercel and MongoDB Atlas for hosting and data storage; and Sentry and Plausible for error monitoring and cookieless analytics. These providers act on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your information to anyone.

We keep your account and service data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Saved grants and consultation requests are retained so your results stay available to you. We remove or anonymize data we no longer need, and we keep limited records where required for security, legal, or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Your Rights and Choices below).

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, error monitoring is configured to scrub personal data, and each customer's records are isolated within our multi-tenant system. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To close your account or request deletion, email hello@grantya.com and we will action your request promptly, subject to any records we must retain by law. You can also revoke Grantya's access from your Google account settings at any time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Grantya is a business tool intended for organizations and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the service evolves or as laws change. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
