The Wyoming Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) helps eligible low-income households save money on energy bills by making their homes more energy efficient. Services include adding insulation, sealing leaks, repairing or replacing inefficient heating systems, and other energy efficiency improvements. Both renters and homeowners may apply, and approved services are provided at no cost to the household.

- Wyoming residents with income up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Approved LIEAP applicants are automatically considered. Participants in SNAP, SSI, or TANF automatically meet income eligibility. Both homeowners and renters (with landlord written permission) are eligible, including those in single-family homes, apartments, or mobile homes. Priority given to elderly, disabled, and homes with children under five.
