The Wyoming Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) helps eligible low-income households reduce their energy bills by making their homes more energy efficient. Home energy improvements — such as insulation, sealing leaks, heating system repair/replacement, and safety checks — are provided at no cost to eligible applicants. Both renters and homeowners can qualify.

- Wyoming residents with income up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Approved LIEAP applicants are automatically considered. Participants in SNAP, SSI, or TANF automatically meet the income eligibility requirement. Both homeowners and renters are eligible (renters must provide written landlord permission). Priority given to elderly, disabled, and homes with children under five.
