- Eligibility
- Applicant must be the property owner or account holder of the electric service at the installation site. Site must receive service from a participating electric utility. Existing and new construction properties are eligible. System must be 0.5 kWDC or greater, installed within 135 degrees of due south, with a panel tilt between 5–50 degrees, and less than 15% obstacle shading.
