- Residential customers served by a participating electric utility in Wisconsin. System must be installed on a residential property (new or existing construction), be grid-tied and behind the meter, have a capacity of 0.5 kWDC or greater, be installed within 135 degrees of due south with a panel tilt between 5–50 degrees, have less than 15% obstacle shading, use qualified equipment from the Solar Electric Qualified Equipment List, and be installed by a licensed Wisconsin professional contractor.
