HEAR rebates help low- and moderate-income Wisconsin households make their homes more energy efficient by providing rebates for qualifying electrification upgrades including heat pump water heaters, heat pumps for space heating/cooling, electrical panels, wiring, insulation/air sealing, heat pump clothes dryers, and electric stoves/cooktops/ranges. Households below 80% AMI can receive up to 100% of project costs, while households between 80–150% AMI can receive up to 50% of project costs, with a maximum of $14,000 total per household.

- Gross household annual income must be less than 150% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Higher income households (>150% AMI) are NOT eligible. Qualified new or existing, single- and multi-family homes are welcome to participate.
