- Owners of multifamily buildings served by a participating electric utility in Wisconsin. System must be grid-tied and behind the meter, use qualified equipment from the Solar Electric Qualified Equipment List, have a minimum five-year warranty, and be installed by a licensed Wisconsin professional contractor. Equipment must be purchased new. Rebate cannot exceed cost to customer. Applications must be submitted within 60 days of completed project installation, no later than January 31, 2027.
