- Multifamily building owners or applicants with property owner permission, served by a participating electric utility in Wisconsin. System must be grid-tied and behind the meter, have a minimum five-year warranty, use qualified equipment from the Solar Electric Qualified Equipment List, and be installed by a licensed Wisconsin professional contractor. System must be purchased new and owned by the applicant. Applications must be submitted within 60 days of completed project installation.
