- Businesses installing a solar electric system at a commercial or multifamily property (existing or new construction) served by a participating electric utility. System must be grid-tied, installed behind the meter, 0.5 kWDC or greater, within 135 degrees of due south, panel tilt between 5-50 degrees, less than 15% obstacle shading, and use qualified equipment. Equipment must be purchased new and installed by a licensed Wisconsin contractor.
