Provides emergency heating and/or cooling repair or replacement assistance to low-income homeowners with unsafe or malfunctioning/non-operable heating and/or cooling systems. The cooling component requires a household member who is disabled, age 60 or over, or a child age 5 or younger.

For cooling unit assistance, household must include an individual who is disabled, age 60 or over, or a child age 5 or younger. Cooling unit repair/replacement not available in winter months.
