Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund (EERLF)

A self-sustaining revolving loan fund that finances energy efficiency improvements in commercial (non-residential) buildings for eligible West Virginia businesses, nonprofits, and institutions. As loans are repaid, funds are reinvested to support additional projects statewide. Financing is also available for qualifying energy audits required prior to full underwriting.
