VCEIB accelerates the deployment of clean power generation and energy infrastructure across Virginia by mobilizing public and private capital to address critical financing gaps. It provides loans, credit enhancements, and other financial instruments to organizations including small businesses, large corporations, and non-profits for projects such as advanced nuclear energy, solar supply chain investments, microgrid installations, grid modernization, and battery storage.
