Utah — state programup to $150
Offers a rebate to Utah residential property owners who replace an old toilet with a WaterSense-labeled high-efficiency toilet. Up to two toilets per property per application are eligible.

- All Utah residential properties are eligible. Old toilet must have been manufactured before 1994. New toilet must be WaterSense-labeled. Up to 2 toilets per application. Rebate amounts are based on actual money spent and exclude shipping fees and taxes. Limited to one rebate per property every five years.
