Landscape Incentive Program
Utah — state programup to $3/sqft
Rewards residential and commercial property owners for removing grass and replacing it with waterwise landscaping. Qualifying lawns must be living, maintained, and reasonably free of weeds, and replaced with at least 50% perennial plant coverage and approved drip irrigation.

- Residential and commercial property owners in cities/towns/counties that have adopted Water Efficiency Standards required by the Division of Water Resources. Lawn must be living, maintained, and reasonably free of weeds. HOA residents may qualify if the landscaping is the property of the applicant, not the HOA. Rebates limited to one per property every five years.
