Landscape Incentive Program
Utah — state programup to $3/sqft
Rewards residential and commercial property owners for removing grass and replacing it with waterwise landscaping. Applicants earn up to $3 per square foot of grass removed, provided the replacement includes at least 50% perennial plant coverage and approved drip irrigation.

- Residential and commercial property owners with current living and maintained lawn in cities/towns/counties that have adopted Water Efficiency Standards required by the Division of Water Resources. HOA residents may qualify if the landscaping is the property of the applicant, not the HOA.
