Landscape Incentive Program
Utah — state programup to $3/sqft
Rewards residential and commercial property owners for removing grass and replacing it with waterwise landscaping. Applicants earn up to $3 per square foot of grass removed and replaced with qualifying waterwise plants and drip irrigation.

- Eligibility
- Residential and commercial properties in cities/towns/counties that have adopted Water Efficiency Standards required by the Division of Water Resources. Lawn must be living, maintained, and reasonably free of weeds. Removed lawn must be replaced with at least 50% perennial plant coverage and approved drip irrigation. HOA residents may qualify if the landscaping is the property of the applicant.
