Landscape Incentive
Utah — state programup to $3/sqft
Incentive for removing grass on residential or commercial property and replacing it with waterwise landscaping. Qualifying lawns must be living, maintained, and reasonably free of weeds, and replaced with at least 50% perennial plant coverage and approved drip irrigation.

- Residential and commercial property owners in cities/towns/counties that have adopted Water Efficiency Standards required by the Division of Water Resources. Property must have current living and maintained lawn. HOA residents may qualify if the landscaping is the property of the applicant, not the HOA.
