Provides grants to existing transmission and distribution infrastructure and electric generating facilities outside the ERCOT region for facility modernization, weatherization, reliability and resiliency improvements, and vegetation management. As of December 18, 2025, the PUCT has selected 29 eligible projects and is working to reach grant agreements.
