Provides grants to existing transmission and distribution infrastructure and electric generating facilities outside the ERCOT region for facility modernization, weatherization, reliability and resiliency improvements, and vegetation management. The PUCT has allocated $658 million for grants to date to weatherize facilities and strengthen electric reliability and resiliency for over 949,100 Texans.
