Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program

The EECBG Program assists states, local governments, and Tribes in implementing strategies to reduce energy use, reduce fossil fuel emissions, and improve energy efficiency. More than $4 million in funding will be administered by the State Energy Conservation Office (SECO) for eligible improvements to municipally owned buildings, including insulation, LED lighting, and weather sealing/window and door replacement.
