Provides grants to qualifying companies for projects that supply power to the ERCOT grid before June 1, 2029. Qualifying projects must add at least 100 MW of capacity to the ERCOT power region. CBG awards are paid over a 10-year period, with annual payments contingent upon the performance of the power plant as measured by ERCOT during an annual test period.
