Provides grants to qualifying companies for electric generation projects that supply power to the ERCOT grid before June 1, 2029. Qualifying projects must add at least 100 MW of capacity to the ERCOT power region. CBG awards are paid over a 10-year period, with annual payments contingent upon plant performance measured by ERCOT.
