Provides rebates to South Carolina households for home energy efficiency upgrades. Rebate amounts are determined by household energy savings per project and household Area Median Income (AMI). All projects must be led by a certified, program-approved contractor who performs the energy assessment, completes the upgrades, and receives the rebate on behalf of the homeowner.
