South Carolina — state program$2,000 to $16,000
Provides rebates to South Carolina households for whole-home energy efficiency improvements such as insulation, air sealing, high-efficiency HVAC systems, energy-efficient windows and doors, and smart thermostats. Rebate amounts are based on household income relative to the county Area Median Income (AMI) and the percentage of energy savings achieved.
