Home Efficiency Rebates (HOMES)
South Carolina — state program$2,000 to $16,000
South Carolina's Home Efficiency Rebates (HOMES) program will help reduce the cost of whole-home energy efficiency improvements, including insulation, air sealing, high-efficiency HVAC systems, energy-efficient windows and doors, and smart thermostats. Rebate amounts are based on household income relative to the county's Area Median Income (AMI) and the percentage of energy savings achieved. Higher rebates are available for low- and moderate-income households.
