Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan (EERL)
South Carolina — state programpreferred minimum loan amount is $50,000 and the maximum is generally $1 million, however exceptions may be made
The EERL program provides loans to help businesses and industry save money by saving energy. Established through the US Department of Energy and the SC Energy Office using stimulus funding, it is administered by the Business Development Corporation (BDC). Loans are evaluated on the financial stability of the borrower and the technical merit of the proposed energy measure(s).
