ConserFund is a revolving loan program administered by the SC Energy Office that provides below-prime fixed-rate loans for energy-efficiency improvements. It supports state agencies, public colleges/universities, school districts, local governments, and 501(c)(3) organizations in implementing energy-efficient improvements that deliver long-term cost reductions and energy savings.
