RISE PA is a $396 million statewide industrial decarbonization grant program funded through the EPA's Climate Pollution Reduction Grants under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022. The Medium- and Large-scale Award Track (Round 2) offers grants for medium- and large-scale decarbonization projects at industrial facilities to reduce greenhouse gas and co-pollutant emissions. Round 2 opened May 15, 2026 with an extended closing date of July 31, 2026.
