The RISE PA (Reducing Industrial Sector Emissions in Pennsylvania) grant program funds medium- and large-scale projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and co-pollutants in the industrial sector. Round 2 applications are currently open and must be submitted via the DCED Enterprise eGrants System. DEP reviews applications through an administrative review followed by a technical and financial feasibility review.
