A reimbursement grant program administered by Pennsylvania DEP to fund medium- and large-scale industrial decarbonization projects. Awarded projects can be reimbursed for up to 90% of the Base Grant Award as costs are incurred, with the remaining 10% withheld until emissions reductions are verified through measurement, monitoring, and verification (MMV). All projects must be completed by April 1, 2029.
