Round 2 applications are currently open with a deadline of August 7, 2026.

Eligibility
Facility owners or operators; applicants must obtain a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) on SAM.gov before submitting the grant application and maintain it during the life of the grant. All applications must be submitted via the DCED Enterprise eGrants System.
