RISE PA – Large-scale Award Track (LAT) / Main Award Track (MAT)
Pennsylvania — state program30% of Total Project Cost (Base Grant Award); up to 1% of Total Project Costs (TPC) or $70,000, whichever is less, for MMV costs
RISE PA (Reducing Industrial Sector Emissions) provides reimbursement grants to Pennsylvania industrial facilities for decarbonization projects. The Base Grant Award (BGA) represents 30% of the project's Total Project Cost (TPC). Applicants may also apply for reimbursement of up to 1% of TPC or $70,000 (whichever is less) to offset Measurement, Monitoring, and Verification (MMV) costs.
