A U.S. DOE formula grant program administered by the Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE) that awards subgrants to Oregon electric utilities for grid resilience projects, including grid hardening measures to reduce the likelihood and consequences of disruptive events such as wildfires and natural hazards. Funded through the federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Section 40101. ODOE subgrants 95% of federal funds to eligible utilities, with 40% set aside for small utilities.
