Community Renewable Energy Grant Program (CREP)

Created by HB 2021, this program provides competitive grants to Oregon Tribes, public bodies, and consumer-owned utilities for planning and developing community renewable energy and energy resilience projects, including solar, wind, energy storage, EV charging stations, and microgrid technologies. At least half of funds are reserved for projects serving environmental justice communities and at least half for projects supporting community energy resilience.
