Provides financial assistance to homeowners towards the purchase and installation of heat pumps in owner-occupied residences. Funded by SB 1536 (2022), which allocated $10 million to ODOE. Regional and Tribal administrators distribute incentives to applicants in their respective regions or Tribal members.
