Provides financial assistance to homeowners towards the purchase and installation of heat pumps in owner-occupied residences. Incentives are distributed through regional and tribal administrators across 11 regions and two federally recognized Indian Tribes in Oregon. A supplemental grant is also available for eligible upgrades such as electrical panels, weatherization, or structural repairs.
