Climate Equity and Resilience Through Action (CERTA) COU Weatherization Grant
Oregon — state programno more than $2,000 in incentives per household
The Oregon Department of Energy was awarded $800,000 from the U.S. EPA's Climate Pollution Reduction Grant program (funded by the Inflation Reduction Act) to support existing weatherization programs serving residential customers in Oregon's consumer-owned utility (COU) service areas. Funds are distributed to five awarded COUs, which then offer additional incentives to households within their service territories for qualifying weatherization measures.
