Building Energy Reduction Incentive (BERI) – Round 2

Provides incentives to help Tier 1, Tier 2, and some Tribal building owners comply with Oregon's Building Performance Standard by funding energy efficiency measures such as HVAC or lighting upgrades. Buildings must have a baseline energy use intensity exceeding the applicable target and must submit an energy audit from an ODOE-approved Qualified Energy Auditor. Funding is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
