Building Energy Reduction Incentive (BERI)
Oregon — state programmaximum incentive per building is $100,000 for Tier 1 buildings and $50,000 for Tier 2 buildings (maximum incentive for Tribal buildings is determined by the building's tier)
BERI provides incentives for energy efficiency measures (e.g., HVAC or lighting upgrades) to help building owners achieve early compliance with Oregon's Building Performance Standard. Funding is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted or the 180-day application period ends.
