The Energy Conservation Grant assists North Dakota political subdivisions in making energy efficiency improvements to public buildings. Eligible projects include LED lighting upgrades, insulation, HVAC upgrades, weather sealing, and window/door replacements in nonfederal public buildings. Awards are provided on a first come, first served basis subject to funding availability, on a reimbursement basis.
