Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) Weatherization Assistance Program
North Carolina — state program$89 million in federal funding
Additional federal funding provided by the 2021 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to scale up weatherization efforts in North Carolina, improve program efficiency, train and grow the weatherization workforce, and weatherize multifamily buildings. Funding runs through 2029 and is in addition to annual WAP allocations.
