EnergizeNC (Solar for All)

North Carolina's Solar for All program, funded by a $156,120,000 EPA grant, aims to expand access to residential and community solar for low-income and disadvantaged communities across the state. The program will support rooftop solar installations in single-family and multifamily homes, residential-serving community solar programs, and enabling upgrades, targeting over 12,500 low-income and disadvantaged communities and at least 43 megawatts of residential solar by the end of the five-year program. Households are expected to see an average 20% financial savings on their electricity bill.
