The Drive Clean Rebate offers New York State residents, businesses, and government entities up to $2,000 off the purchase or lease of a new plug-in hybrid or battery-electric vehicle at the point of sale. Participating dealerships apply for and apply the rebate directly as an upfront discount on the vehicle price. Over 60 eligible EV models qualify.
