NYSERDA program providing incentives for the installation of room heat pumps (window and through-wall) in multifamily buildings across New York State. Incentives are issued directly to qualified manufacturers, who are expected to pass them on as point-of-sale discounts to building owners. Both full and partial building retrofits are eligible.
