Home Electrification & Appliance Rebates (HEAR)
New Mexico — state programup to $14,000 per household
The HEAR program provides rebates to income-eligible New Mexico households for the purchase and installation of qualifying energy-efficient appliances and upgrades, including heat pumps, insulation, heat pump clothes dryers, and other electrification measures. Eligible applicants receive a coupon to deduct the rebate amount at point of purchase or installation. Rebates may cover equipment, labor, and state sales tax when using an Authorized Program Contractor.
