Community Energy Efficiency Development (CEED) Program
New Mexico — state program$15M
Established by the New Mexico Legislature in 2022, the CEED Program provides block grants to local and tribal governments to partner with community organizations and implement targeted energy upgrades for low-income households. Improvements are designed to reduce energy consumption, lower utility bills, and decrease greenhouse gas emissions. In 2025, $15M from the Community Benefit Fund was allocated to the program, with multiple project award rounds anticipated in 2025 and 2026.
