RETROFIT NJ provides grants to commercial, industrial, and institutional building owners or tenants in New Jersey to fund large-scale decarbonization retrofit projects. Eligible projects must involve Thermal Energy Networks or include work from at least three scope categories such as on-site renewable energy, electrification/fuel switching, refrigerant replacement, energy storage, or energy efficiency improvements.
