A competitive grant program funded through the Renewable Energy Fund that issues annual Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for non-residential renewable energy projects in New Hampshire. Eligible projects must generate Class I, Class I Thermal, or Class IV Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) from thermal renewable energy or certain non-photovoltaic electric renewable energy sources. Solar PV projects and projects eligible for the DOE C&I bulk-fed wood pellet central heating system rebate are excluded.
