- Applicant must be the owner of a residential property located in Nevada. No minimum or maximum income required. Applicant does not need to be the primary resident. Immediate family members (children, parents, siblings, grandchildren, grandparents) are also eligible to apply with the homeowner. Applicants must provide proof of income; be current on property taxes and all credit instruments (mortgages, auto loans, installment loans, revolving lines of credit); not be currently in bankruptcy (former bankruptcies must have been discharged at least 12 months); not have had mortgage forbearance/defe
