RE-UP connects Nevada homeowners with unsecured loans at affordable fixed interest rates for energy efficiency and clean energy upgrades, including heat pumps, insulation, roofing, solar, EV chargers, and other measures. The Nevada Clean Energy Fund vets licensed contractors and supports homeowners in accessing federal and utility incentives. Three loan product types are available: Solar Loans, Energy Efficiency Upgrade Loans, and Home Improvement Loans.

- Applicant must be the owner of the residential subject property located in Nevada. No minimum or maximum income required. Applicant does not need to be the primary resident. Immediate family members may also apply with the homeowner. Applicants must provide proof of income, be current on property taxes, be current on all credit instruments, not be currently in bankruptcy (former bankruptcies must have been discharged at least 12 months), not have had mortgage forbearance/deferment within the last 12 months or be in the trial period of a mortgage modification, and not have had a repossession in
