Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Financing

Nevada — state programSee program
PACE is a financing mechanism that enables low-cost, long-term funding for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects on commercial private property. Financing is repaid as an assessment on the property's regular tax bill, processed the same way as other local public benefit assessments. Enabled by Nevada Assembly Bill 5 (2017), local governments may voluntarily establish PACE programs by adopting a resolution.
