The Residential Pre-Weatherization program addresses critical home repairs in homes that would cause a home to be deferred from the Nebraska Weatherization Assistance Program (NeWAP). The program results in enhanced energy efficiency and greenhouse gas reduction while lowering utility bills and improving health for low-income residents. ONE RED will fund 100% of project costs.
