DWEE received a $3 million Climate Pollution Reduction Planning Grant from the U.S. EPA to develop Nebraska's first state-wide climate action plans to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and other harmful air pollutants. The ONE RED program is developing plans and programs to leverage federal funding to strengthen the economy while reducing harmful air pollutant emissions through voluntary measures and financial incentive programs.
