Low-interest loans offered statewide by the Nebraska Department of Water, Energy, and Environment (DWEE) and participating Nebraska lending institutions for home, building, or system energy improvements. Covers a wide range of pre-qualified energy efficiency, renewable energy, and alternative fuel projects.

- Individuals, sole proprietors, businesses, manufacturers, institutions, non-profits, multi-family buildings 4 stories or more, agricultural buildings, local governments, all political subdivisions (except state government), farm and ranch operations (must produce $1,000+ of agricultural products per calendar year), ENERGY STAR® Partners, public school districts, telecommunications projects. Must meet lender credit requirements. U.S. citizenship attestation required for individuals and sole proprietors.
