Low-interest loans offered statewide by the Nebraska Department of Water, Energy, and Environment (DWEE) and participating Nebraska lending institutions for home, building, or system energy improvements. Loans cover a wide range of energy efficiency upgrades, renewable energy systems, appliances, and more, with terms up to 15 years depending on project type.
