Low-interest loans offered statewide by the Nebraska Department of Water, Energy, and Environment (DWEE) and the state's lending institutions for home, building, or system energy improvements. Pre-qualified projects can be financed for up to 15 years (or 5 years for appliances), with minimum monthly payments of $25 for appliances/electronics and $50 for all others.
