Low-interest loans offered statewide by the Nebraska Department of Water, Energy, and Environment (DWEE) and participating Nebraska lending institutions for home, building, or system energy improvements. Eligible projects include HVAC, insulation, windows, lighting, renewable energy systems, appliances, telecommunications equipment, and more. Loans are available to individuals, businesses, non-profits, agricultural operations, local governments, and other eligible borrowers.
