A special 1.5% interest rate variant of the Dollar & Energy Saving Loans program available exclusively to Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) customers. Covers home, building, or system energy improvements as well as Wind, Photovoltaic, and Fuel Cell projects. Not all lenders may offer this rate; borrowers should check with their lender for availability.
