High Efficiency Electric Home Rebate (HEEHR) Program

Provides point-of-sale rebates for stand-alone home electrification and energy efficiency upgrades, including high-efficiency electric appliances, HVAC improvements, insulation, air sealing, ventilation, and electrical panel upgrades. Rebates are tiered based on gross household income with higher incentives below 80% AMI and reduced incentives between 80–150% AMI; eligibility is capped at 150% AMI.
